2. Medical disclaimer
This website does not provide medical advice. Everything on it - articles, videos, answers to common questions, descriptions of procedures and conditions - is general educational information. 3. No doctor-patient relationship
Using this website, messaging the practice team on WhatsApp, or requesting a booking through the hospital's online booking page does not by itself create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Dr Mahajan. That relationship begins only when you are seen in consultation.
4. Appointment requests
This website offers two ways to request a consultation. The booking buttons take you to the hospital's own online booking page on the Max Healthcare website, where in-person and virtual consultations are booked and confirmed under the hospital's process. The WhatsApp buttons open a chat with the practice team - a WhatsApp request is a request only, not a confirmed booking until the practice team confirms it, and the practice may reschedule based on clinical availability.
5. Accuracy of information
We take reasonable care to keep the information on this website accurate and current. Medical knowledge evolves, and we cannot guarantee that every page reflects the most recent evidence at all times. The information here should never replace advice given to you in person by a doctor who has examined you.
6. Patient stories
Patient stories and experiences on this website come from three places: reviews patients have posted publicly, videos from the hospital's own channels used with attribution, and recordings patients have consented to share. They describe individual journeys. Every patient, condition and recovery is different - a story on this website is not a prediction or promise of your outcome.
7. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content on this website - text, images, illustrations and videos - belongs to Dr Mahajan's practice and is protected under Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or republish it without written permission.
